HPLC测定当归芍药散中的芍药苷和芍药内酯苷的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立同时测定当归芍药散中芍药苷和芍药内酯苷含量的方法。方法:采用全波长HPLC,COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-Ⅱ柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相:0.1%H3PO4溶液-乙腈(体积比86∶14),检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1mL·min-1。结果:芍药苷和芍药内酯苷分别在7.24~36.20μg·mL-1,4.08~20.40μg·mL-1线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.00%,96.80%。结论:该法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于当归芍药散中芍药苷和芍药内酯苷的同时测定。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining peoniflorin and albiflorin in Danggui-shaoyao-sansimultaneously. METHOD A wavelength HPLC method was developed. The analysis was performed on a COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-Ⅱ(4.6×250 mm, 5μm)Flow phase: 0.1% H3PO4-acetonitrile(volume ratio 86∶14), The detection wavelengths were 230 nm, Column temperature is 30℃, The flow rate is 1 mL·min-1. RESULTS The linear relationship is good for Paeoniflorin and Paeoniflorin between 7.24 ~36.20μg·mL-1 and 4.08 ~20.40μg·mL-1 respectively,with an average recovery rate of 99.00% and 96.80% respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate,sensitive and reproducible, and can be used for determination of paeoniflorin and paeoniflorin in Danggui-shaoyao-san simultaneous.
