【摘要】 为了解高职普通医学生职业价值观与农牧区订单定向免费乡村医生职业价值观的差异,从而有针对性地提出建议和改进措施。方法为于2019年3月采用金盛华编制的大学生职业价值观问卷对127名农牧区订单定向免费乡村医生和194名普通医学生进行问卷调查。结果显示绝大多数调查对象愿意从事基层医疗卫生工作,普通医学生与农牧区订单定向免费乡村医生差异不具有统计学意义(p>0.05);普通医学生职业价值观在职业前景(3.97±0.74)和福利待遇(3.77±0.79)因子得分高于农牧区订单定向免费乡村医生(3.64±1.01、3.43±1.16),差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论:普通医学生与农牧区订单定向免费乡村医生职业价值观存在差异,应有针对性地制定相应的政策,并开展职业价值观和职业道德教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of this study is to understand the difference between professional values of medical students in higher vocational colleges and those of free rural doctors in rural and pastoral areas,and put forward suggestions and improvement measures.Methods:127 order-oriented rural doctors and 194 general medical students were surveyed by means of the college students’ occupational values questionnaire compiled by Jin Shenghua in March 2019.Results:The majority of the subjects were willing to engage in primary medical and health work,and the difference between general medical students and order-oriented free rural doctors was not statistically significant(p>0.05);Professional values of general medical students in career prospects(3.97±0.74) and welfare benefits(3.77±0.79) factor score were higher than those of rural doctors(3.64±1.01 and 3.43±1.16),with statistically significant difference(p<0.01).Conclusion:there are differences in professional values between the general medical students and the order-oriented free rural doctors in agricultural and pastoral areas,so it is necessary to formulate corresponding policies and carry out professional values and professional ethics education.更多还原
