地方本科院校与行业企业协同育人体制机制研究——以怀化学院为例

【摘要】 校地校企协同育人体制机制改革是地方本科院校主动适应我国经济发展的新常态,落实国家重大战略和转型发展的新探索,也是提高应用型人才培养质量、促进"双赢发展"的新模式。校地校企协同育人体制机制改革的主要内容是:建立协同育人的组织机构和管理体制,形成协同制定本科人才培养方案、协同建设专业实验(实训)室和实践教学基地、协同搭建学生见习实习和就业创业平台、协同实施人才培养过程和质量评价、协同建设"双师双能型"教师团队等运行机制,深化产教融合,推进协同育人,提高应用型人才培养质量。它对于提高学生创新精神、创新意识和实践能力,扩大就业创业具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The reform of university-enterprise cooperative education system is a new exploration for local universities to adapt to the new normal of China’s economic development and to implement national major strategies and transformation development. It is also a new model for improving the quality of applied talents training and promoting" win-win development". The reform includes building the collaborative education organization and management system, formulating collaborative undergraduate talent training programs,collaborative construction of specialty experiment room and practice teaching bases,building a collaborative platform for students’ teaching internship and social employment and entrepreneurship,coordinating the implementation of talent training process and quality evaluation and the construction of operational mechanisms such as"double-qualification and double-capacity"teaching teams. It aims at strengthening the integration of industry and education, promoting coordinated education, and improving the quality of applied talents training. It is of great significance for improving students’ innovative spirit,innovative consciousness and practical ability,and enhancing employment and entrepreneurship.
