【Abstract】 During the Second World War and Cold War,the US military combined emerging technologies with new operational concepts to create disruptive strategies that sustained US military superiority against adversaries with geographic or numerical advantages. The third"offset strategy"was a strategic idea proposed by the US army in 2014,and a number of new operational concepts were introduced to support the realization of national strategy.
