【摘要】 文中提出了基于北斗卫星定位与短报文通信功能的船台跟踪管理系统理论,集船舶定位、监控、信息交互等功能于一体,利用科技手段,促进管理部门对海上无线电(VHF)的实时管理更加有效和便利,为维护海上电台的有序有效使用提供了信息化的科技管理思路,为管理部门的综合监管和决策提供技术支撑,对于海上船舶无线电台管理具有十分重要的意义。

【Abstract】 The paper puts forward a ship bridge tracking management system theory based on the positioning and short message communication functions of the Beidou satellite. It integrates ship positioning, monitoring, information interaction and other functions. By using scientific and technological means, MSA can promote the real-time tracking of maritime radio(VHF) more effectively and conveniently, and provides an information-based scientific and technological management thinking for the orderly and effective use of maritime radio as well as technical support for the comprehensive supervision and decision-making of management authorities, which is of great significance to the management of maritime ship radio stations.
