【Abstract】 A sound teaching quality guarantee system is the prerequisite and basis for local application-oriented universities to achieve connotative development. However, at present, there are still some problems in the internal teaching quality guarantee system of local applied undergraduate colleges and universities in China, such as the lack of scientific teaching quality standards, insufficient quality monitoring and supervision, inadequate reform of talent training model, inadequate quality culture construction, and insufficient reward and punishment system.
