云南万家口子水电站双曲拱坝碾压混凝土施工配合比优化及性能分析

【摘要】 笔者介绍了云南万家口子水电站双曲薄拱坝碾压混凝土配合比的优化理由和设计思路,阐述了碾压混凝土配合比优化配置程序和各参数下的试验方法,并对混凝土的性能进行了分析和确定,达到了预期的优化目标。施工中碾压混凝土各项指标满足设计和规范要求,性能稳定,且施工性能优良,为双曲薄拱坝碾压混凝土施工提供了技术保障,也取得了较好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the reason and design idea of RCC mix proportion optimization for double curvature thin arch dam of Wanjiakouzi Hydropower Station in Yunnan Province,expounds the procedure of RCC mix proportion optimization and the test method under each parameter,analyzes and determines the performance of concrete,and achieves the expected optimization goal.During the construction,each index of roller compacted concrete meets the requirements of design and specification,with stable performance and excellent construction performance,which provides technical guarantee for roller compacted concrete construction of double curvature thin arch dam and obtains better economic benefits.
