【Abstract】 The amalgamation of industry and education is the basic mode of vocational education.Analyze the innovation and practice of talent-training mode of co-construction and co-growth in Huawei ICT College based on school-enterprise cooperation education system.It mainly include the innovative curriculum through integrated educational function of politics,demand-oriented curriculum provision,construction of a combined teaching team,jointly construction of a practical training base for integrating industry and education,introduction of the standard occupational certificate system,modern apprenticeship system based school enterprise education system.Practice has proved that Huawei ICT College’s "Collegeenterprise cooperative education mode" has achieved remarkable results,which realized the School-Enterprise Education,sharing of resources,and co-construction and co-growth of talent-training.更多还原
