【摘要】 为推动土地管理制度改革,国务院在严格保护耕地、节约集约用地的前提下,赋予省级地方人民政府在农业用地管理方面更大的自主权。江苏作为长三角经济发达省份,建设用地需求增长较快,土地资源日益紧张,在改革中获得授权试点,这既是机遇也是考验。因此,应该完善土地管理制度,提高土地集约利用效率,抓住机遇推动全省经济和社会更高质量的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote the reform of land management system,Under the premise of strict protection of cultivated land and economical and intensive land use,local people’s governments at the provincial level should be given greater autonomy in the management of agricultural land.As an economically developed province in the Yangtze River Delta,the demand for construction land is growing rapidly,and the land resources are increasingly tense.It is both an opportunity and a test for Jiangsu to obtain a pilot in the authorized reform.Therefore,we should improve the system of land management,improve the efficiency of land intensive use,seize the opportunity to promote the economic and social development of the province.更多还原
