【摘要】 教学工作是高等学校的中心工作,教师队伍建设是学校各项工作的基础。搞好教学团队建设对于提高教学质量、提高教师业务水平有着非常重要的意义。与其他团队形式相比,教学团队明显具有行业特色,开放教育不同于普通高校的教育,有其自己的教学特点。近年来不论是国家开放大学还是各分部,都在进行教学团队的建设,可以说团队运行模式的构建日趋成型并在不断完善中。但是当前教学团队发展还存在一些不足之处,完善教学团队运行机制是我们从事开放教育的教师职责所在。更多还原
