【Abstract】 Heilongjiang province has made great progress in economic development in recent years, but the slow economic growth and negative externalities brought by the development of heavy industry base have damaged the ecological environment, which is not conducive to further development of Heilongjiang province.With the sustainable development, the traditional heavy industry is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading. Against the background of gradually losing its resource advantages, Heilongjiang province should explore industries in line with its own comparative advantages form a new driving force, adjust the economic structure, and weaken the contradiction between supply and demand. As one of the strategic emerging industries supported by the government, the new energy industry has the characteristics of promoting growth and reducing pollution. Using Porter industry organization model to analyze the new energy industry in Heilongjiang province is conducive to exploring a new path of economic development in Heilongjiang province and bringing new opportunities for economic transformation.更多还原
