支撑体住宅理论在装配式农宅设计中的应用

【摘要】 考察河北省石家庄市城郊农宅、河北装配式农宅生产企业和试点项目,分析支撑体住宅(SAR)理论在装配式农宅建设中的应用潜力.以承重构件、厨卫、管道、交通竖井等4个方面设计支撑体,以外围护构件、空间分隔构件等2个方面设计填充体,以内装集成部品模块、室内空间模块、室外庭院模块等3个方面组构模块族群.通过组建实验性设计模型,构建专业间协调的模数轴线体系,探析以SAR理论为指导的装配式农宅设计手段.研究结果表明:以SAR理论为指导的装配式农宅具有标准化、人性化、可续化和集约化的优点.

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of rural houses in Shijiazhuang suburb and the research of the manufacturing enterprises and pilot projects of prefabricated rural house in Hebei Province, it was analyzed the practical potential of the stiching architecture research(SAR) theory applied in the rural house construction. The house support structure was designed from load-bearing components, kitchen and toilet,pipeline shaft, and vertical traffic box, the house infill was designed from enclosure components and spatial partition components, the spatial module group was constructed from integrated product modules, indoor space modules and outdoor courtyard modules, an experimental design model was presented, and the modular axis system coordinated among specialities was constructed. The design method of prefabricated rural house guided by support infill house theory was discussed. The research results show that the prefabricated rural house guided by SAR theory has the advantages of standardization, humanization, sustainability, and intensification.
