【摘要】 目的:观察琥珀散联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist,GnRHa）治疗子宫内膜异位症患者术后的临床疗效。方法:54例保守性手术后经病理确诊为盆腔子宫内膜异位症患者随机分成研究组27例和对照组27例。对照组单纯给予GnRHa注射剂;研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予琥珀散。两组患者均连续治疗3个月。比较两组患者治疗3个月后、停药9个月后血清雌二醇（estradiol,E₂）、促卵泡生长激素（follicle stimulating hormone,FSH）与促黄体生成素（luteinizing hormone,LH）、糖类蛋白125（carcinoembryonic antigen 125,CA125）、白细胞介素-2（interleukin-2,IL-2）、IL-6及血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF）水平以及复发率。结果:治疗3个月后,两组患者血清E₂、FSH、LH水平均低于治疗前（P<0.01,P<0.05）,且3个月后研究组血清E₂、FSH、LH水平低于对照组（P<0.05）;停药9个月后,研究组血清E₂、LH水平低于对照组（P<0.01,P<0.05）。两组患者血清CA125水平均低于治疗前（P<0.01,P<0.05）,且治疗3个月、停药9个月后研究组CA125水平低于对照组（P<0.01,P<0.05）。停药9个月后,研究组VEGF、IL-6水平下降（P<0.01）,IL-2水平升高（P<0.01）;研究组复发率为3.70%,对照组术后复发率为22.22%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论:琥珀散可降低子宫内膜异位症患者术后血清CA125水平,调节内分泌与免疫因子,并可防止子宫内膜异位症术后的复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Hupo Powder combined with GnRHa in the treatment of patients with endometriosis after operation.Methods:54 patients with pelvic endometriosis confirmed by pathology after conservative surgery were randomly divided into study group（27 cases） and control group（27 cases）.The control group was only given GnRHa injection;the study group was given amber powder on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The serum estradiol（E₂）,follicular stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,carcinoembryonic antigen 125（CA125）,interleukin-2（IL-2）,IL-6 and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） levels and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the serum E₂,FSH and LH levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment（P<0.01,P<0.05）,and after 3 months,the serum E₂,FSH and LH levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）;after 9 months of discontinuation,the serum E₂ and LH levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group（P<0.01,P<0.05）.The serum CA125 level of the two groups was lower than that before treatment（P<0.01,P<0.05）,and the CA125 level of the study group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.01,P<0.05）.After 9 months of discontinuation,the levels of VEGF and IL-6 in the study group decreased（P<0.01） and IL-2 increased（P<0.01）;the recurrence rate in the study group was 3.70% and that in the control group was 22.22%,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）.Conclusion:Hupo Powder can reduce the serum CA125 level,regulate the endocrine and immune factors,and prevent the recurrence of endometriosis.更多还原
