【摘要】 崔学教教授认为,多器官功能不全综合征(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)病因病机复杂多样,在外科常继发于创伤、烧伤、大手术后、严重感染等,此时正气大虚,防御功能和调节能力低下,易受到外邪侵袭,而出现气血津液严重紊乱,气血逆乱,阴阳之气不相顺接,致一个脏腑或多个脏腑出现脏气耗伤甚至衰败。正虚邪盛是MODS发生的关键。邪盛,多为热邪、痰(湿)邪、瘀血和毒邪。崔教授将MODS辨证分为腑实浊闭证、痰毒壅肺证、瘀热浊闭证、邪毒滞腑证、脾肾阳虚证、痰火扰心证、血离其经证、脏腑败坏证等。崔教授临证强调通法的应用,清、消、补、调、温相结合,辨证施治,取得较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to Professor Cui Xuejiao,the etiology and pathogenesis of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) are complex and diverse.In surgery,it is often secondary to trauma,burn,major surgery,severe infection,etc.At this time,due to the deficiency of vital qi,the low defensive function and regulating ability,it is easy to be attacked by external pathogenic qi,resulting in the serious disorder of qi,blood and body fluid.Qi and blood are in disorder,and yin and yang qi are not connected in sequence,which leads to damage or even decay of one or more zang-fu viscera.The key factor of the occurrence of MODS is the deficiency of vital qi and excess of pathogenic qi.Most of the excess of pathogenic qi are hot pathogen,phlegm(wet) pathogen,blood stasis pathogen,and poison pathogen.Professor Cui divided syndrome differentiation of MODS into syndrome of phlegm-turbidity blockade and fu-viscera excess,syndrome of stagnation of phlegm and toxin blockade in lung,syndrome blood stasis,heat and phlegm-turbidity blockade,syndrome of stagnation of pathogenic toxin in fu-viscera,syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,syndrome of disturbance of heart by phlegm and fire,syndrome of separation of blood from its channels,syndrome of destruction of zang-fu viscera,etc.Professor Cui emphasized the application of Tongfa in clinical syndrome,combined with clearing,eliminating,tonifying,regulating and warming,and treated according to syndrome differentiation,and achieved better curative effect.更多还原
