【摘要】 目的:探讨活血通络方对输卵管炎大鼠模型血清IL-1β、TNF-α及s CD40L的影响。方法:鼠龄为8～12周龄的SD雌性大鼠80只,随机选取10只作为正常组,其余70只用混合菌阴道接种法构建输卵管炎大鼠模型,将造模成功的50只大鼠随机分成模型组、中药高浓度组、中药中浓度组、中药低浓度组及西药组,每组10只。每组用相应的药物进行灌胃30 d后,所有大鼠处死、取材,显微镜下观察各组输卵管组织的病理改变,并用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清IL-1β、TNF-α及sCD40L的含量。结果:显微镜下观察,中药高浓度组大鼠输卵管组织各层仅见少量炎性细胞浸润;中药低浓度组及西药组大鼠输卵管组织呈炎性水肿,各层见大量炎性细胞浸润。模型组大鼠血清IL-1β、TNF-α及s CD40L水平明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。中药高浓度组血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平明显低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药中浓度组、中药低浓度组、西药组大鼠血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中药高、中浓度组大鼠血清s CD40L水平明显低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药低浓度组、西药组大鼠血清s CD40L水平与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血通络方能减少输卵管炎大鼠输卵管组织炎性细胞的浸润,有效改善炎症程度,并降低输卵管炎大鼠血清IL-1β、TNF-α及s CD40L的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of Huoxue Tongluo Recipe on IL-1β, TNF-α and sCD40 L in rats model of salpingitis. Methods: A total of 80 SD female rats were randomly selected 10 rats as the normal group. The remaining 70 rats were inoculated with mixed bacteria vaginally to construct salpingitis rat models. 50 rats were successfully modeled. The rats were randomly divided into model group, Huoxue Tongluo Recipe high-concentration group, Huoxue Tongluo Recipe medium-concentration group, Huoxue Tongluo Recipe low-concentration group and western medicine group, with 10 rats in each group. After 30 days of intragastric administration with the corresponding drugs in each group, all rats were sacrificed and the materials were taken.The pathological changes of the fallopian tube tissues of each group were observed under a microscope, and the content of IL-1β, TNF-α and sCD40 L in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results:Under the microscope, only a small amount of inflammatory cells were found in each layer of oviduct tissue in Huoxue Tongluo Recipe high concentration group. The fallopian tube tissue showed inflammatory edema in Huoxue Tongluo Recipe low-concentration group and the western medicine group, and a large number of inflammatory cells infiltrated in each layer. The serum levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and sCD40 L in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05). The serum levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in Huoxue Tongluo Recipe high-concentration group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in serum levels of IL-1β and TNF-αamong Huoxue Tongluo Recipe medium, low-concentration group, and western medicine group(P>0.05). The level of sCD40 L in Huoxue Tongluo Recipe high and medium-concentration groups was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in serum sCD40 L level among Huoxue Tongluo Recipe low-concentration group, western medicine group and model group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Huoxue Tongluo Recipe can reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells in the fallopian tube tissue of rats with salpingitis, effectively improve the degree of inflammation, and reduce the serum IL-1β, TNF-α and sCD40 L levels in salpingitis rats.更多还原
