加味地黄饮对脑小血管病认知障碍患者血清MMP-9、hs-CRP、SOD的影响
Effect of Jiawei Dihuang Decoction (加味地黄饮) on Serum MMP-9, hs-CRP and SOD in Patients with Cognitive Impairment of Cerebral Small Vessel Disease
【摘要】 目的:观察加味地黄饮对脑小血管病认知障碍(CSVCI)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:将67例CSVCI患者随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(32例),对照组患者予西医常规治疗加奥拉西坦,治疗组患者在此基础上加服加味地黄饮治疗。连续治疗2个月后,比较两组临床疗效及血清MMP-9、hs-CRP、SOD的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组比较,治疗组患者MMSE评分、MoCA评分高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者血清MMP-9、hs-CRP低于对照组,SOD高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味地黄饮可能通过降低CSVCI患者体内炎性反应及氧化应激,改善认知功能,提高临床疗效。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Jiawei Dihuang decoction on serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in patients with cognitive impairment of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVCI). Methods: A total of 67 CSVCI patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(35 cases) and a control group(32 cases). The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment and oxiracetam, and the treatment group received Jiawei Dihuang decoction on this basis. After continuous treatment for 2 months, the clinical efficacy and the changes of serum MMP-9, hs-CRP and SOD were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the MMSE score and MoCA score of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and SOD was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: Jiawei Dihuang decoction may improve cognitive function and clinical efficacy in patients with CSVCI, which may be related to the reduction of inflammatory response and oxidative stress.
