【摘要】 目的:探讨平衡针联合刺络放血治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全（CVI）的临床疗效,并探讨其可能作用机理。方法:70例CVI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。对照组予弹力袜治疗,治疗组予平衡针联合刺络放血治疗,疗程均为4周。治疗后观察两组患者疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后下肢周径、静脉临床危重程度评分（VCSS）、经皮氧分压（TcPO₂）。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率为84.85%,高于对照组的64.52%（P<0.05）。治疗后两组患者踝周径、小腿周径及VCSS评分均较治疗前降低（P<0.05）,TcPO₂均较治疗前升高（P<0.05）;且治疗组以上指标改善均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:平衡针联合刺络放血可能通过改善患者下肢微循环来有效缓解CVI患者的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of balance acupuncture and bloodletting in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency and its influence on lower extremity microcirculation. Methods: A total of seventy patients with chronic venous insufficiency were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with thirty five cases in each group. The control group were given elastic stockings with pressure gradient, the treatment group was treated with balance acupuncture and bloodletting, and both groups were administrated for four weeks. The calf and ankle circumference, venous clinical severity score（VCSS） and the levels of transcutaneous oxygen pressure（TcPO₂） were detected before and after treatment, respectively. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.85%, which was better than 64.52% of the control group（P <0.05）. After treatment, the lengths of calf and ankle circumference and VCSS scores decreased, the levels of TcPO₂ increased in the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）. And the improvement of the above indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion: Balance acupuncture and bloodletting may play an important role in treating chronic venous insufficiency probably by improving lower extremity microcirculation.更多还原
