【摘要】 目的:了解开展中医药服务贸易较为成功机构的发展模式,为我国中医药服务贸易事业发展提供借鉴参考。方法:对北京市7所中医事业单位和8所民营中医机构的负责人进行半结构式访谈,进行多案例分析研究,分别总结了公立和民营中医机构对外服务模式。结果:北京市中医机构对外服务形式主要以中医诊疗为主,在教育培训、产品销售和信息服务方面也取得了积极进展。结论:相比公立医院体制内的局限性,北京市民营中医机构以更为灵活的发展模式在品牌建设、对外宣传、海外合作和服务优化等方面为我国中医药服务贸易事业发展提供了宝贵经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the developmental pattern of the TCM institutions which are successful in international trade in services in Beijing, and to provide reference for the development of international trade in TCM services. Methods: A semi-structured interview was conducted among seven public hospitals and eight private TCM institutions in Beijing, and a multi-case study was carried out. The developmental mode of both public and private TCM institutions were summarized respectively. Results: The main form of service of Beijing TCM institutions is TCM medical service. Progress has also been made in TCM education and training and information services.. Conclusion: Compared with the limitations of the public hospital system, the private TCM institutions in Beijing have provided more valuable experience for the development of international trade in TCM services in the aspects of brand building, publicity, overseas cooperation and medical service optimization.更多还原
