【摘要】 目的:观察五红汤联合艾箱灸防治铂类化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效。方法:60例拟接受铂类化疗方案的肿瘤患者,随机分为护理组及对照组,护理组在入院当天给予艾箱灸气海、关元穴直至出院,化疗当天开始予五红汤食疗连续14 d。对照组予常规护理,观察五红汤联合艾箱灸对铂类化疗后白细胞减少症的防治效果。结果:护理组毒性分级的例数、白细胞计数恢复至≥4.0×109/L所用的平均时间、使用重组粒细胞集落刺激因子(GCSF)例次及使用G-CSF总量均明显优于对照组。结论:五红汤联合艾箱灸能有效防治铂类化疗后所致的白细胞减少症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of Wuhong decoction combined with moxibustion in a box on the prevention of leukopenia after platinum-based chemotherapy. Methods: Sixty patients who were scheduled to receive platinum-based chemotherapy were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group.The experiment group was given moxibustion on Qihai(RN6) and Guanyuan(RN4) until hospital discharge, and given the Wuhong decoction for fourteen consecutive days on the day of chemotherapy. The control group was treated with routine care. The leukopenia was observed for all patients. Results: The cases of toxicity classification, the average time for the white blood cell recovering to 4×109/L, the number and the amount of using GCSF in the experiment group were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Wuhong decoction combined with moxibustion in a box can effectively prevent leukopenia caused by platinum-based chemotherapy.更多还原
