【摘要】 目的探讨阿戈美拉汀片、针灸联合常规西医疗法对围绝经期功能性消化不良(MPFD)的临床疗效。方法将180例MPFD患者按照就诊顺序分为对照组、治疗组1、治疗组2及治疗组3,每组45例。对照组接受常规西医治疗,包括口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片、泮托拉唑胶囊、复方消化酶,在上述治疗基础上治疗组1接受阿戈美拉汀片口服治疗,治疗组2接受针灸治疗,治疗组3接受阿戈美拉汀片口服、针灸治疗,观察4周。评价4组患者治疗前后症状积分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、血清雌激素水平、血浆胃动素水平变化和不良反应。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后各组症状积分、SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI、血浆胃动素水平均改善(均P<0.01),治疗组2和治疗组3治疗后血清雌激素水平升高(均P<0.01),对照组和治疗组1治疗前后血清雌激素水平无明显变化(均P>0.05)。治疗组3总有效率高于其他组(均P<0.05),各组均无严重不良反应发生。结论阿戈美拉汀片、针灸联合常规西医疗法能显著提高MPFD的治疗效果,并具有较好的安全性和耐受性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of agomeladine, acupuncture combined with conventional western medical therapy on menopusal patient with functional dypepsia(MPFD).Methods A total of 180 patients with confirmed MPFD were randomly divided into four groups: control group, trement group 1,trement group 2 and trement group 3. There were 45 cases in each group. Each case in control group was treated with with western medical therapy consisting of oral administration of mosapride, pantoprazole, Fufangxiaohuamei for 4 weeks, while each case in trement group 1 was treated with oral administration of agomelatine tablet and western medical therapy, trement group 2 with acupuncture and western medical therapy, trement group 3 with oral administration of agomelatine tablet, acupuncture and western medical therapy. The symptom score, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score, self-rating depression scale(SDS) score, pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI), serum estrogen level, plasma motilin level, electrogastrographic frequencies and gastric emptying by B-sonography and adverse reaction were calculated pre-treatment and post-treatment in four groups.Results Compared with pre-treatment, the symptom score, SAS score, SDS score, PSQI, plasma motilin level, electrogastrographic frequencies and gastric emptying by B-sonography were all improved significantly post-treatment in every group(all P<0.01), and the serum estrogen level was increased significantly post-reatment in trement group 2 and trement group 3(all P<0.01), but there was no significant difference in the serum estrogen level between pre-treatment and post-treatment in control group and trement group 1(all P>0.05). The effective rates in trement group 3 showed significant difference to those in other groups(all P<0.05). No serious adverse reaction occurred in four groups.Conclusion Agomelatine tablet, acupuncture combined with western medical therapy can significantly alleviate the symptom of dyspepsia with better security and tolerance.更多还原
