内窥镜鼻窦手术对慢性鼻窦炎患者黏膜结构的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察内窥镜鼻窦手术对慢性鼻窦炎患者黏膜结构的影响。方法:80例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受药物治疗,观察组接受鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,治疗后鼻黏膜结构转归、鼻黏膜纤毛传输率及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组总有效率分别为95.00%、75.00%,观察组总有效率高于对照组。观察组术后鼻腔黏膜形态转归各阶段时间均较对照组明显缩短。两组治疗后3个月,鼻黏膜纤毛传输率高于本组治疗前,观察组鼻黏膜纤毛传输率高于对照组。两组不良反应发生率分别为7.50%、30.00%,观察组低于对照组。结论:内窥镜鼻窦手术可提高慢性鼻窦炎临床治疗效果,改善黏膜结构,提高鼻黏膜纤毛传输率,降低不良反应发生率,适于在临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on the mucosal structure of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received medication treatment,and the observation group received endoscopic sinus surgery.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,the structural outcome of the nasal mucosa,the rate of nasal mucosa ciliary transmission and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment.Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 95.00% and 75.00%,respectively.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The postoperative nasal mucosal morphology of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group at each stage.Three months after treatment,the transmission rate of nasal mucosal cilia in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the transmission rate of nasal mucosa in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 7.50% and 30.00%,respectively,and the observation group was lower than the control group.Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery can improve the clinical treatment of chronic sinusitis,improve the mucosal structure,increase the nasal mucosal cilia transmission rate,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is suitable for clinical application.
