【摘要】 目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合厄贝沙坦对高血压心脏病患者心肌重构和氧化应激水平的影响。方法:选取2015年3月～2017年12月期间我院收治的126例高血压性心脏病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各63例。对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦,观察组在此基础上给予曲美他嗪。比较两组治疗前后的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室短轴缩短率(FS)、左心室质量指数(LVMI)等左心室重构指标,以及血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素1(ET-1)水平等氧化应激指标。结果:两组治疗前的基线资料比较,差异无统计学意义,具有可比性。两组患者治疗后LVEF、FS、血SOD水平升高,LVEDD、LVMI、血MDA、lNO、ET-1水平降低,且观察组LVEF、FS、LVEDD、LVMI、SOD、MDA、NO等指标治疗前后差值的绝对值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:曲美他嗪联合厄贝沙坦能显著抑制高血压心脏病患者的心肌重构,减轻氧化应激反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine combined with irbesartan on myocardial remodeling and oxidative stress in patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods 126 patients with hypertensive heart disease from March 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled for the study and randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups of 63 cases.Patients in control group were given irbesartan.Based on it,cases in observation group were given trimetazidine.The levels of left ventricular remodeling indicators including left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD),fractions shortening (FS),left ventricular mass index (LVMI),and blood oxidative stress indexes including superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,malondialdehyde (MDA),nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1(ET-1) were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results There were no significant differences in the baseline data,the levels of left ventricular remodeling indicators and oxidative stress indexes before treatment between two groups.LVEF,FS and blood SOD level increased after treatment in two groups,and LVEDD,LVMI,blood MDA,NO,ET-1 levels decreased after treatment.The absolute values of differences of LVEF,FS,LVEDD,LVMI,blood SOD,MDA,NO levels?before?and?after treatment in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group.Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with irbesartan could significantly inhibit myocardial remodeling and alleviate oxidative stress in patients with hypertensive heart disease.更多还原
