【摘要】 目的:研究阿帕替尼治疗晚期化疗耐药胃癌的临床效果,为患者的治疗提供指导。方法:选择2016年2月～2019年2月我院接诊的晚期化疗耐药胃癌患者40例作为研究对象。采用随机数表法,将患者分为两组,每组20例。对照组给予紫杉醇治疗,观察组给予阿帕替尼治疗。治疗多久后,对比治疗后的临床疗效,胃粘膜病理组织侵犯程度、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率(85.00%)高于对照组的(45.00%)。治疗前,两组患者中性粒细胞浸润程度、单核细胞浸润程度比较无明显差异;治疗后,患者中性粒细胞浸润程度、单核细胞浸润程度下降,观察组明显低于对照组;治疗前,两组患者社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能无明显差异;治疗后,患者社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能上升,观察组明显高于对照组;两组患者不良反应发生总发生发生率分别为5.00%、30.00%,观察组显著低于对照组。结论:晚期化疗耐药胃癌患者采用阿帕替尼治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者胃粘膜病理组织侵犯程度及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study curative efficacy of apatinib in treatment of advanced chemotherapy-resistant gastric cancer.Methods 40 cases patients with advanced chemotherapy-resistant gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as research objects,the patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group received taxol treatment and the observation group received apatinib treatment.The clinical efficacy,pathological tissue invasion of gastric mucosa,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 85.00% higher than that of the control group.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the infiltration degree of neutrophils and monocytes between the two groups.After treatment,the infiltration degree of neutrophils and monocytes in the patients decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.Before treatment,the comparison of social function,physical function,role function and cognitive function between the two groups showed no statistical significance.After treatment,social function,physical function,role function and cognitive function of patients increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 5.00% and 30.00%,respectively,which was lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion Apatinib has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with advanced chemotherapy-resistant gastric cancer,which can effectively improve the extent of gastric mucosal pathological tissue invasion and quality of life.更多还原
