【摘要】 目的:评价关节镜下双层双排缝合技术治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法:回顾性收集2015年5月～2018年5月在我院行关节镜下修补术的肩袖损伤患者60例,根据修补方式不同分为双层双排组(n=30)和缝线桥组(n=30);对两组术后1年视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、加州大学肩关节评分(UCLA)、Constant肩关节评分改善情况及再撕裂发生率进行统计分析。结果:两组术后1年VAS评分降低程度对比无统计学差异;而双层双排组UCLA评分、Constant评分升高程度及肩关节前屈、外展、体侧外旋角度改善程度均优于缝线桥组。随访1年内,双层双排组无再撕裂发生,缝线桥组出现2例(6.67%)再撕裂,组间对比无统计学差异。结论:双层双排技术治疗肩袖损伤可改善患者肩关节功能,提高肩关节活动度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of arthroscopic double-layer double-row suture in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods Sixty patients with rotator cuff injurieswho underwent arthroscopic repair in the hospital from May2015 to May 2018 were divided into double-layer double-row group (n=30) and suture bridgegroup (n=30) according to different repair methods.The pain visual analogue scores (VAS),University Of California Los Angeles (UCLA) shoulder scores,Constant shoulder scores and incidence of re-tear in 1 year after surgery were statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the decrease of VAS scores between the two groups in 1 year after surgery.The UCLA score,the increase of the Constant score and the improvement of shoulder flexion,abduction and lateral external rotation in the double-layer double-row group were better than those in the suture bridge group.During 1 year of follow-up,there was no re-tearin the double-layer double-row group while there were 2 cases (6.67%) with re-tear in the suture bridge group.Conclusion Double-layer double-row technique for the treatment of rotator cuff injury can improve the shoulder function and shoulder range of motion.更多还原
