前列腺癌诊断中BCL2与PSA表达情况及意义研究
Study on the effect of BCL2 and PSA expression in the diagnosis of prostate cancer
【摘要】 目的:探讨B淋巴细胞瘤-2(BCL2)和前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)检测在前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2014年2月~2015年12月在我院接受治疗的前列腺癌患者为研究对象,同时选取同期在我院治疗的前列腺增生患者作为对照组。观察两组患者BCL2和PSA阳性表达率,比较不同临床病理特征前列腺癌患者BCL2和PSA阳性表达率的差异,分析影响前列腺癌患者BCL2和PSA阳性表达率的因素。结果:前列腺癌组患者的BCL2和PSA阳性表达率均高于前列腺增生组;中低分化、有转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、有浸润的前列腺癌患者的BCL2和PSA阳性表达率较高,而不同年龄的前列腺癌患者的BCL2和PSA阳性表达率无明显差别;将单因素分析有意义的分化程度、转移情况、TNM分期和有无浸润作为自变量,将前列腺癌患者的BCL2和PSA阳性表达率作为因变量,进行多因素Logistic回归分析,结果有无转移和分化程度进入回归方程,说明转移情况和分化程度是影响前列腺癌患者BCL2和PSA阳性表达率的因素。结论:前列腺癌患者的BCL2和PSA阳性表达率较高,且与患者的分化程度和有无转移情况密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of B lymphocyte-2(BCL2) and prostate specific antigen(PSA) in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods The patients with prostate cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object, and the BPH patients who were treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The positive expression rates of BCL2 and PSA in the two groups were observed, and the differences of BCL2 and PSA positive rates were compared between different clinical pathological features of prostate cancer patients, and the factors affecting the positive expression rates of BCL2 and PSA were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of BCL2 and PSA in prostate cancer group were higher than those in benign prostatic hyperplasia group; Low differentiation, metastasis and TNM staging for stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ, infiltration of prostate cancer patients with BCL2 and PSA positive expression rate was higher, while the rate showed no significant difference in different age patients with BCL2 and PSA positive expression; The univariate analysis significant differentiation, metastasis, TNM staging and invasion as independent variables, the BCL2 and PSA expression in patients with prostate cancer rate as the dependent variable, Logistic regression analysis, the metastasis and differentiation into the regression equation, illustrate the metastasis and differentiation are affected BCL2 and PSA positive expression rate. Conclusion The positive rate of BCL2 and PSA in prostate cancer patients is high, and it is closely related to the degree of differentiation and metastasis.
