脑梗死继发癫痫患者Hcy、NSE水平变化及危险因素分析

【摘要】 目的:分析脑梗死继发癫痫患者同型半胱胺酸(Hcy)、神经元烯醇化酶(NSE)水平变化及癫痫发生的危险因素。方法:2017年7月~2019年5月我院收治的脑梗死患者中,选取50例继发癫痫的患者作为观察组,50例未继发癫痫的患者作为对照组。分别比较两组患者血清Hcy、NSE水平并且对脑梗死患者继发癫痫的危险因素进行分析。结果:观察组患者血清Hcy、NSE水平显著高于对照组患者。多因素Logistic回归对观察组患者进行继发癫痫危险因素分析,结果显示,梗死部位为皮质、脑梗死分型心源性以及患者血清Hcy、NSE水平均为脑梗死继发癫痫患者的独立危险因素。结论:脑梗死继发癫痫后患者血清Hcy、NSE水平均会显著上升,梗死部位为皮质、脑梗死分型心源性以及患者血清Hcy、NSE水平是脑梗死患者继发癫痫的危险因素。

【Abstract】 Objective The levels of homocysteine(Hcy) and neuronal enolase(NSE) in patients with secondary epilepsy after cerebral infarction were analyzed. Methods Between July 2017 and May 2019, among the cerebral infarction patients admitted to our hospital, 50 patients with secondary epilepsy were selected as the observation group and 50 patients without secondary epilepsy as the control group. There were 50 cases in each group. The serum levels of Hcy and NSE in the two groups were compared and the risk factors of secondary epilepsy in the patients with cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results The levels of serum Hcy and NSE in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group. Multivariate Logistic re-gression was used to analyze the risk factors of secondary epilepsy in patients in the observation group. The results showed that the infarcts were classified as cortical and cardiac origin of cerebral infarction, and the serum Hcy and NSE levels were all independent risk factors for patients with secondary epilepsy of cerebral infarction. Conclusion Serum Hcy and NSE levels of patients with secondary epilepsy after cerebral infarction were significantly increased, and the infarcts were classified as corticalcardiac origin of cerebral infarction and the serum Hcy and NSE levels of patients were risk factors for secondary epilepsy of patients with cerebral infarction.
