2019冠状病毒病首次核酸阴性与首次核酸阳性患者临床及CT影像学表现

【摘要】 目的:探讨肺部CT在2019冠状病毒病(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)临床筛查及早期诊断过程中的作用。方法:分析首次核酸阴性COVID-19患者的临床资料及影像学表现,并与首次核酸阳性患者的临床与影像学表现进行比较。结果:与首次核酸阳性患者比较,首次核酸阴性患者起病时间较短[(3.58±2.94) d],但确诊时间较长[(3.92±3.66) d];首次核酸阴性患者与首次核酸阳性患者主要临床及影像学表现差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CT检查对于避免因为核酸假阴性导致的COVID-19漏诊具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the role of chest CT for the diagnostic work-up for patients with suspected infection of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods: The clinical data and imaging findings of the first nucleic acid-negative COVID-19 patients were analyzed and compared with the first nucleic acid-positive patients.Results: Compared with the first nucleic acid-positive patients, the onset time of the first nucleic acid-negative patients was shorter [(3.58±2.94) d], but the diagnosis was longer[(3.92±3.66) d]. There were no significant differences in the characteristics of the clinical data and radiological findings between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Chest CT examination is important to avoid COVID-19 missed diagnosis due to false negative nucleic acid.
