多尺度聚丙烯纤维混凝土力学性能及损伤演化研究

【摘要】 对基准混凝土(JZ)、聚丙烯细纤维混凝土(PPF)、粗纤维混凝土(PPM)以及混掺纤维混凝土(PPC)进行了抗压试验,并结合其内部损伤发展情况,研究了多尺度聚丙烯纤维混凝土的力学性能、破坏后的外貌形态以及损伤演化过程的差异。根据混凝土受力状态、声发射参数与损伤程度之间的关系,得出了纤维混凝土应力-时间-振铃计数率曲线与损伤变量D-时间曲线,探究了纤维在混凝土受压状态下的工作原理。结果表明,聚丙烯纤维的掺入可以改善混凝土破坏后的完整度,提高混凝土的抗压强度、残余强度及延性等力学性能,有效抑制了混凝土裂缝的产生与发展。

【Abstract】 Compressive tests were carried out on reference concrete(JZ), polypropylene fine fiber concrete(PPF),coarse fiber concrete(PPM) and blended fiber concrete(PPC), and the differences of mechanical properties, damage morphology and damage evolution process of multi-dimensional polypropylene fiber concrete were studied according to its internal damage development. According to the relationship between stress state, acoustic emission parameters and damage degree of concrete, the stress-time-ring counting rate curve and damage variable D-time curve of fiber reinforced concrete were obtained, and the working principle of fiber reinforced concrete under compression was explored. The results show that the incorporation of polypropylene fiber can improve the integrity of damaged concrete, improve the mechanical properties of concrete, such as compressive strength, residual strength and ductility, and effectively restrain the generation and development of concrete cracks.
