亚低温对重型颅脑损伤患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶 内皮素-1及Tau蛋白水平的影响
Effect of mild hypothermia on serum NSE,ET-1 and Tau protein levels in patients with severe craniocerebral injury
【摘要】 目的探讨亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤(sTBI)的效果及对患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、内皮素-1(ET-1)及Tau蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2018-07—2019-07在郑州大学第一附属医院治疗的重型颅脑损伤患者120例,使用随机数字法将所有患者分为观察组、对照组,对照组应用常规方式治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上应用亚低温治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后血清NSE、ET-1、Tau蛋白水平以及治疗半年后患者预后情况。结果治疗前2组患者血清NSE、ET-1以及Tau蛋白水平无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗1周后观察组患者血清NSE、ET-1以及Tau蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中残、重残以及植物生存状态者对比无明显差异(P>0.05),预后良好率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),病死率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤患者具有显著效果,可明显降低患者血清NSE、ET-1以及Tau蛋白水平,同时改善患者预后。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of mild hypothermia on serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE),endothelin-1(ET-1) and Tau protein levels in patients with severe craniocerebral injury(sTBI).Methods A total of 120 patients with severe head injury who were treated in our hospital between July 2018 and July 2019 were selected as the research and analysis objects.Using the random number method,all patients were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with mild hypothermia on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Serum NSE,ET-1,and Tau protein levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups and the prognosis after half a year of treatment.Results Before treatment,serum NSE,ET-1 and Tau protein levels were not significantly different between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After one week of treatment,serum NSE,ET-1,and Tau protein levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of disabled,severely disabled and vegetative patients in the observation group(P>0.05).The number of patients with good prognosis was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the mortality rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mild hypothermia therapy to patients with severe head injury has a significant effect,significantly reducing the serum NSE,ET-1 and Tau protein levels,and improving the prognosis of patients.
