【摘要】 目的对行面肌痉挛微血管减压术治疗的患者采取预见性护理干预,并分析其对疗效及术后并发症的影响。方法选取2018-01—2020-01在许昌市中心医院接受微血管减压术治疗的86例面肌痉挛(HFS)患者,将其随机分为2组,对照组43例,观察组43例。对照组围手术期采取常规护理;观察组在此基础上采取预见性护理干预。结果观察组总有效率为97.67%,术后并发症率为6.98%,护理满意率为93.02%,对照组分别为83.72%、27.91%、74.42%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对微血管减压术治疗的HFS患者进行预见性护理干预可显著提高手术疗效,减少术后并发症发生,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To take predictive nursing intervention for patients undergoing microvascular decompression for hemifacial spasm,and to analyze its curative effect and influence on postoperative complications.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,86 patients with hemifacial spasm(HFS) who underwent microvascular decompression in Xuchang Central Hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups,43 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group.The control group took routine nursing care during the perioperative period,and the observation group took predictive nursing intervention on this basis.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,the postoperative complication rate was 6.98%,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 93.02%.The patients in the control group were 83.72%,27.91%,74.42%,respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention for HFS patients treated by microvascular decompression can improve the surgical efficacy,reduce postoperative complications,and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing work.It is worthy of promotion.更多还原
