【摘要】 目的分析自发性脑出血患者血液净化前后血清炎症因子水平变化及其对预后的影响。方法选取本院100例自发性脑出血患者,随机分为2组各50例,对照组给予基础治疗而未行血液净化,治疗组在对照组治疗的同时进行血液净化处理。比较2组患者治疗前后血清炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP),统计患者住院期间死亡情况。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后血清炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6及CRP水平均显著下降(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,提示治疗组治疗后各项指标的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组住院期间病死率(8.00%)较对照组(28.00%)明显下降(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的同时,对自发性脑出血患者给予血液净化处理可有效减轻机体炎症反应程度,提高患者生存率,有助于改善患者预后状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the changes of serum inflammatory factors levels before and after blood purification in patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage and their effects on prognosis.Methods 100 patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(routine treatment,without blood purification)and the treatment group(routine treatment+blood purification),50 in each group.The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsCompared with that before treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the serum of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of each index in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mortality rate in the treatment group(8.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion At the same time of routine treatment,blood purification can effectively reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction,improve the survival rate of patients,and help to improve prognosis.更多还原
