【摘要】 新一轮中美贸易摩擦表现出全局性、战略性和持续性的显著特点,对于我国经济发展的速度和质量产生了显著的影响。与以往不同,此轮中美贸易摩擦主要以高技术产业争端为核心内容。鉴于产业结构升级与此轮中美贸易摩擦彼此间存在显著关联的特点,通过分析中美贸易摩擦对我国产业结构升级的中长期影响,提出有助于应对中美贸易摩擦风险,促进我国产业结构朝向价值链高端与技术层面高端方向发展的应对策略,对于增强我国经济发展的后劲具有十分重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the new round of Sino-U S trade frictions has come to be overall,strategic,and continuous,the speed and quality of China’s economic development has been significantly affected.Unlike those in the past,this round of trade frictions focused on high-tech industry disputes.In view of its significant correlation with the upgrading of the industrial structure,this paper analyzes its mid-term and long-term effects on the upgrading of China’s industrial structure,and proposes helpful countermeasures to address the risks and promote the progress of industrial structure transition towards the high-end of the value chain and the high-end of the technical level,which has very practical significance for enhancing the stamina of China’s economic development.更多还原
