鲢鱼耳石锶标记技术应用研究

【摘要】 使用不同浓度梯度的SrCl2.6H2O水溶液对鲢鱼鱼种进行浸泡标记,探讨了锶元素对鲢鱼耳石的元素指纹标记效果,分析了锶元素标记对鲢鱼生长和存活的影响。结果表明:4个试验浓度在鲢鱼各耳石的截面上大致相同的位置都可以看到一个非常清晰的高锶环(红色环),且均可保证100%标记率和存活率,在正常养殖过程中不存在标记丢失的问题,受标个体的生长不会产生负面影响。此项标记技术对大水面鲢鱼增殖放流效果评价具有重要的意义,易操作应用广泛。

【Abstract】 By using SrCl2.6H2O aqueous solution with different concentration gradients to soak and tag silver carp fingerlings,the effect of strontium element on the element fingerprint of silver carp otolith was studied,and the effect of strontium element on the growth and survival of silver carp was analyzed.The results showed that a very clear ring(red ring)could be seen on the otolith cross section of silver carp at the same position during the four group tests with different concentration gradients,and these tests could ensure 100%of the marker rate and survival rate.There was no marker loss in the normal culture process,and the growth of the target body would not have a negative impact.This technique is of great significance for the evaluation of the effect of proliferation and release of silver carp in large water area,and it is easy to operate and widely used.
