【摘要】 通过对安徽省D县五个村落的田野调查发现,被初婚市场淘汰的农村光棍为了实现婚育诉求会采取买婚、骗婚、与在婚女性同居等具有灰色性质的非常态婚育行为,并由此导致村落不良亚文化的盛行、基层治理难度的增加、政府公信力的弱化、人口素质的降低以及引发新一轮越轨犯罪行为等负面社会影响。为消解农村光棍非常态婚育行为及其带来的不良影响,应建立政策支持与公共服务的优化、基层治理观念和治理方式的转变、社会刻板印象的革新等方面的联动机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 A field survey of five villages in D County, Anhui Province showed that to satisfy their needs of marraige and childbearing, the rural bachelors eliminated by the first marriage market would have uncustomary marriage and childbirth behaviors such as buying a bride, marital fraud, and cohabitation with married women which led to negative social effects such as the prevalence of unhealthy subcultures in villages, the difficulty of grassroots governance, the weakening of government credibility, the decline of population quality, and the triggering of a new round deviant crimes. In order to eliminate these adverse effects, it is of necessity to establish a joint mechanism of policy support and optimizing public services, transforming the concepts and methods of grassroot governance, and innovating social stereotypes.更多还原
