【摘要】 基于《湖南农村统计年鉴》数据,结合实地调研,对湖南桃产业"十一五"以来发展现状及存在的问题进行了分析。湖南桃产业发展现状是栽培面积和总产量分别呈波动式上升和稳步上升趋势,永州、怀化、郴州是湖南各时期的桃主产区,各地桃品种及熟期结构各有特点;存在的问题是品种结构不合理、产品有阶段性过剩、标准化栽培体系不健全、苗木生产不规范、采后贮藏加工等产业链延伸不够等;提出了依靠科技支撑产业发展,走优质化、品牌化、差异化发展和全产业链、农旅结合、三产融合发展道路的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the data from Hunan Rural Statistical Yearbook,combined with field research,this paper analyzed the development status and problems of Hunan peach industry since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.The results showed that the cultivated area and yield of peach respectively showed a fluctuating rise and a steady rise trend in Hunan;Yongzhou,Huaihua,and Chenzhou were the main peach producing areas in various periods of Hunan;peach varieties and maturity structures in the areas each have their own characteristics.There are some problems such as irrational variety structure,phased surplus,incompleteness of standardized cultivation system,non-standardized nursery stock production,and insufficient extension of the industrial chain covering fruit storage and processing after harvest.It is suggested that based on the support of science and technology,Hunan peach industry should focus on quality,brand and differentiation development through the construction of the whole industry chain,the integration of agriculture and tourism,and the integration of the three industries.更多还原
