【摘要】 糖分是葡萄果实的主要内含物之一。葡萄果实中的糖主要有葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖3类,且以葡萄糖和果糖为主。蔗糖代谢是糖分积累的重要途径。介绍了葡萄果实发育过程中糖的种类和分布以及糖分积累的类型和机制,阐述了代谢关键酶、载体、内源激素、渗透调节、环境因子和栽培措施对葡萄果实中糖分代谢的调控作用,以期通过了解葡萄果实中糖分代谢过程及影响因素,为葡萄果实品质改善提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sugar is one of the main inclusions in grape berries,mainly including sucrose especially glucose and fructose.Sucrose metabolism is an important way to promote sugar accumulation.In this paper,sugar types and their distribution,and the process and mechanism of sugar accumulation during the development of grape berries are reviewed;the regulatory effects of key metabolic enzymes,carriers,endogenous hormones,osmotic regulation,environmental factors and cultivation measures on sugar metabolism of grape berries are expounded.It is hoped to provide a theoretical reference for grape quality improvement through understanding the sugar metabolic process and influencing factors of grape berries.更多还原
