【Abstract】 With the increase of Bletilla striata market demand,the contradiction between supply and demand of Bletilla striata seedling is daily outstanding.In order to solve the contradiction,tissue culture seedling breeding technology has been valued and widely used.This review summarized the progress on research of tissue culture of Bletilla striata including seed germination and culture condition,proliferation of clusters of buds,induction of rooting,transplanting of seedlings.Influential factors as well as optimum concentration and combination of the plant growth regulators and other exogenous additives in each stage were summarized.Advantage technology and problems of Bletilla striata tissue culture were pointed out.The future research direction in this field is prospected too.更多还原
