【摘要】 以国家自然科学基金项目为数据源,对河南省2014—2018年获资助的国家自然科学基金年度分布、学科分布、项目类别分布、区域分布进行总结,并对河南省辖市(区)、高等院校与科研机构基础研究竞争力进行分析.结果显示,生命科学是河南省5年间最活跃的自然科学研究领域;资助项目的构成主要是面上基金和青年科学基金;基础科研力量主要集中在省会郑州;郑州大学基础研究竞争力遥遥领先于省内其他高等院校和科研机构.河南省的国家自然科学基金项目申请已从量的扩张转变为质的提高,但还存在基础科学研究中资源积累不足,基础偏弱,缺乏重大项目支持等问题.本研究最后建议从吸引和培养基础研究高端人才及团队、加大基础研究经费投入、促进基础研究均衡协调发展、加快建设高端科技创新平台、重视基础研究成果转化等方面加快提升河南省基础研究能力.更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the funding project of National Natural Science Foundation of China during 2014-2018 in Henan Province as data sources,we summarized the annual distribution,subjects distribution,project category distribution,and regional distribution. The basic research competitiveness of province-governed cities,colleges and universities,and scientific research institutions in Henan Province were analyzed. Life science is the most active field of natural science research of Henan Province in the five years. The General Program and Young Scientist Fund are the main compositions of funding projects. The basic scientific research strength is mainly concentrated in Zhengzhou. The basic research competitiveness of Zhengzhou University is well ahead of other colleges and universities and scientific research institutions in Henan Province. The project application of National Natural Science Foundation of China has entered a period from quantity expansion to quality improvement,but still exist problems such as insufficient resource accumulation and weak foundationin the basic science research,and lack of support for major projects. This study proposed to attract and cultivate high-end talents and teams,increase investment in basic research funding,promote the coordinated development balance of basic research,speed up the construction of high science and technology innovation platform,attach great importance to the basic research achievements transformation,for increasing Henan basic research ability.更多还原
