【摘要】 结合我国经济由高速增长向高质量发展的转变,构建了由高质量创新、高质量发展、高质量开放、高质量绿色及高质量共享组成的经济高质量协调发展指标体系,以及构建经济高质量协调发展评价模型,对甘肃省及其14地市进行时空双维实证评价.研究得出:甘肃省经济高质量协调指数呈稳步上升态势,且高质量创新等水平逐年提高;兰州市经济高质量协调指数及其他五个层面均处于领先地位,临夏州、甘南州均处于低水平的协调状态,其他地市均稳定提升;2009—2018年间,甘肃省14地市经济高质量协调发展水平均取得了一定的提升,但不同地市经济高质量协调指数空间极差差距较大,且部分地市时间维度增长幅度较小,说明甘肃省经济发展虽稳步提升,但需进一步合理配置资源,促进全省高质量发展.更多还原

【Abstract】 Combining with the transformation of China’s economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development,the paper constructed a economic high-quality coordinated development indicator system composed of high-quality innovation,high-quality development,high-quality opening,High-quality green and high-quality sharing,and constructed an economic high-quality coordinated development evaluation model,and conducted a time-space dualdimensional empirical evaluation of Gansu Province and its 14 cities. The economic high-quality coordination index of Gansu Province is steadily increasing,and the level of high-quality innovation is increasing year by year. The Lanzhou City economic high-quality coordination index and other five levels are in a leading position,and Linxia and Gannan are in a low-level coordination,and other regions and cities have been steadily improving. From 2009 to 2018,the level of high-quality coordinated economic development in 14 cities in Gansu Province has achieved a certain improvement,but there is a large gap in the gap between the economic high-quality coordinated indexes of different regions and cities,and a small increase in some citys’ time dimension. The results indicates that although Gansu’s economic development has been steadily improved,it is necessary to further rationally allocate resources to promote high-quality economic development in Gansu Province.更多还原
