【Abstract】 This article comparatively analyzes the multi-dimensional features of the Shandong Peninsula port group,such as its geographical location,infrastructure,port business,collection and transportation construction,and smart green construction. Based on structural perspectives such as location and functional systems,we construct the evaluation indicators system of economic,comprehensive,and smart green development. Combined with the principal component analysis method and membership function,the degree of synergy between the location and the functional system is measured. We proposes the port construction suggestions for coordination mechanisms,interconnections,optimized infrastructure and information sharing.更多还原
