N-烷基鲁米诺的合成与光谱性质
Synthesis and Spectral Properties of N-alkylation Luminol
【摘要】 为探讨N烷基化对鲁米诺光谱性质的影响以及为筛选不同细胞通透性荧光染料提供依据,合成了N-烷基鲁米诺衍生物。与鲁米诺比较,N-烷基鲁米诺的λex和λem发生红移,烷基碳原子数对鲁米诺衍生物λex和λem影响较小,但对荧光强度的影响较大。相对荧光强度:N-丙基鲁米诺> N-乙基鲁米诺> N-丁基鲁米诺> N-壬基鲁米诺>鲁米诺。单烷基N取代鲁米诺衍生物基本保持了母体优异的荧光特性。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of N-alkylation on the spectral properties of luminol and provide a basis for screening different cell permeable fluorescent dyes,N-alkyl substituted luminol derivatives are synthesized. Compared with luminol,the λexand λemof N-alkyl luminol are red shifted,the influence of alkyl carbon atom number on λexand λemof N-alkyl luminol derivatives is small,but the influence on fluorescence intensity of N-alkyl luminol derivatives is greater. The relative fluorescence intensity is N-propylluminol > N-ethyl luminol > N-nonyl luminol > luminol. N-alkyl luminol derivatives basically maintain the excellent fluorescence properties of the parent.
