刺芫荽中多糖的提取工艺优化及含量测定

【摘要】 对刺芫荽中多糖的提取工艺进行优化并测定其含量。采用水提法提取了刺芫荽多糖,以葡萄糖作为对照品,用苯酚硫酸法测定多糖含量;对刺芫荽多糖的提取进行料液比、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数单因素考察,并根据其结果以正交设计法优化提取工艺。优选出最佳提取工艺:料液比1∶20,提取时间150 min,提取温度80℃,提取次数2次。优化后的提取工艺方法可行,操作简单,为刺芫荽多糖的进一步开发奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide and determine its content from Eryngium foetidum L. Water extraction is used to extract Eryngium foetidum L polysaccharide,and determination of polysaccharide content by phenol sulfuric acid method with glucose as reference substance. Single factor is studied on material liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature and extraction times of Eryngium foetidum L polysaccharide,orthogonal design is used to optimize the extraction process according to the results. The best extraction technology is that ratio of material to liquid is 1 ∶ 20,extraction time is 150 min,extraction temperature is 80 ℃,extraction times is 2 times. The optimized extraction method is feasible and easy to operate,it is laid the foundation for the further development of eryngium foetidum L polysaccharide.
