稀土掺杂CoCexFe2-xO4的制备及电化学性能研究
Preparation and Electrochemical Performance of Rare Earth Doped CoCexFe2-xO4
【摘要】 制备稀土铈掺杂钴基铁氧体并对其形貌和结构进行表征,通过对其微观结构的分析研究其电化学性能。通过一步溶剂热法制备CoCexFe2-xO4(x=0、 0.04、 0.08、 0.12、 0.16、 0.20)纳米粒子,经SEM、XRD、傅里叶变换红外、循环伏安法(CV)、恒流充放电(GCPL)和交流阻抗,表征了其微观形貌结构及电化学性能。电化学测试性能表明:当电流密度j=1 A·g-1时,稀土Ce含量x=0.08,比电容量达到525 F·g-1。结果表明:比电容量跟随稀土离子含量的变化而变化。稀土离子的引入有利于材料导电网络的形成,提高其电导率。
【Abstract】 This subject aims to prepare rare earth cerium-doped cobalt-based ferrite and characterize its morphology and structure, and study its electrochemical performance by analyzing its microstructure. Preparation of CoCexFe2-xO4(x=0,0.04, 0.08, 0.12, 0.16, 0.20) nanoparticles were achieved by one-step solvothermal method.SEM, XRD, FTIR, cyclic voltammetry(CV), constant current charge and discharge(GCPL), Nyquist were used to characterize its micro-morphology structure and electrochemical performance. The electrochemical test performance showed that when the current density is 1 A·g-1 and the rare earth Ce at a content of 0.08, the specific capacitance reached 525 F·g-1. The results showed that the specific capacitance changed with the change of rare earth ion content. The introduction of rare earth ions is conducive to the formation of a conductive network of the material and improves its electrical conductivity.
