3D打印模型联合翻转课堂在耳鼻喉科教学中的应用
Application of 3D Printing Model Combined with Flipped Classroom in Otolaryngology Teaching
【摘要】 目的探讨3D打印模型联合翻转课堂在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科本科生教学中的应用效果。方法选取临床医学本科生84人,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用3D打印模型联合翻转课堂方法学习鼻部解剖和鼻科疾病,对照组采用传统多媒体教学方式学习。通过理论考试、临床操作考核和调查问卷对两组学生的学习效果进行评价。结果实验组理论考试成绩(81.36±5.75)分和临床操作考试成绩(80.08±7.84)分明显高于对照组的(78.73±5.52)分和(72.77±12.14)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在提高学习兴趣和积极性、提高学习效率、提高临床操作能力、提高文献检索能力四个方面的认同度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3D打印模型联合翻转课堂可明显提高耳鼻咽喉头颈外科本科生临床教学效果,值得在临床教学中推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of 3D printing model combined with flipped classroom in the clinical teaching of undergraduates of otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery.Methods A total of 84 undergraduates of the first clinical college of Wuhan university were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group learned the nasal anatomy and nasal diseases with 3D printing model combined with flipped classroom, while the control group learned with traditional multimedia teaching method. The study effect of the two groups of students was evaluated by theory test,clinical operation assessment and questionnaire.Results Both the theoretical test scores(81.36±5.75 vs. 78.73±5.52, P<0.05) and clinical operation assessment scores(80.08±7.84 vs. 72.77±12.14, P<0.05) of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The recognition degree of the experimental group in improving the learning interest and enthusiasm, improving the learning efficiency, improving the clinical operation ability and improving the literature retrieval ability was higher than that of the control group, and the results were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3D printing model can obviously improve the clinical anatomy teaching effect of undergraduates of otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery, which is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
