【摘要】 安全管理作为煤矿生产过程中的重要环节,对国民经济发展、社会稳定等具有深远影响。近年来,随着以人为本观念的深入和科学技术的进步,国内外学者对煤矿安全管理进行了大量卓有成效的研究,推进了煤矿安全管理观念的转变和水平的提升。综合分析国内外有关煤矿安全管理研究成果的基础上,着重从煤矿安全管理的内涵、内容、事故致因及安全评价等4个方面,分析当前煤矿安全管理研究的特征,并给出对当前煤矿安全管理的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important link in coal mine produ ction process, safety management has far-reaching influence on national economic development and social stability. In recent years, with the deepening of the people-oriented concept and the progress of science and technology, scholars at home and abroad have conducted a large number of effective researches on coal mine safety management, which has promoted the change of the concept and the improvement of coal mine safety management. Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research results of coal mine safety management, this paper focuses on the connotation, content, accident cause and safety evaluation of coal mine safety management. The characteristics of current coal mine safety management researches are analyzed, and the enlightenments are proposed.更多还原
