【摘要】 随着我国社会的发展和技术的进步,犯罪手段智能化、多样化、复杂化,派出所刑侦工作面临的困境也随之逐渐增多,主要表现在调查取证难、警力不足、工作指标重、民警积极性不高等,在一定程度上严重阻碍了当前刑侦工作的顺利开展。深入分析,技术手段不下放、警务系统工作机制落后以及职务晋升难等是系列困境产生的深层次原因。合理下放技术手段、多元共建视频监控,强化全警协调合作,下调工作指标,提高民警职级待遇等是解决当前问题行之有效的方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of China’s society and the advancement of technology,the predicament faced by the police station’s criminal investigation work has gradually increased.It is mainly manifested in the difficulty of investigation and evidence collection,insufficient police force,heavy work indicators,and low enthusiasm of the police.It has hindered the smooth development of the current criminal investigation work.In-depth analysis,the lack of technical means,the backward working mechanism of the police system and the difficulty of promotion of posts are the deep-seated reasons for the series of dilemmas.Reasonable decentralization of technical means,multi-construction video surveillance,strengthening coordination and cooperation among the police,lowering work indicators,and improving the ranks of civilian police officers are effective ways to solve the current problems.更多还原
