【摘要】 通过对重新犯罪概念的内涵和外延进行梳理,界定出统计上的重新犯罪概念。介绍了国内外重新犯罪统计分析指标,并给出了国内重新犯罪统计分析指标的计算公式及重新犯罪统计分析特征。在此基础上,总结了重新犯罪大数据分析应用和重新犯罪大数据分析工作流程,提出了重新犯罪大数据质量维度与度量指标。为实现基于大数据的重新犯罪统计分析与预测,设计了基于大数据的重新犯罪统计分析与预测架构。更多还原

【Abstract】 By combing the connotation and extension of the concept of recidivism, the concept of statistical recidivism is defined. This paper introduces the statistical analysis indicators of recidivism at home and abroad, and gives the calculation formula of the statistical analysis indicators of recidivism at home and abroad, as well as the statistical analysis characteristics of recidivism. On this basis, it summarizes the application of recidivism big data analysis and the work flow of recidivism big data analysis, and puts forward the quality dimension and measurement index of recidivism big data.
