【Abstract】 Enterprise resource allocation is a key source for companies to obtain competitive advantages,which has received widespread attention in the academia.According to the resource-based theory and the theory of resource allocation,this paper,employing the representation of radar charts,attempts to discuss how the measuring degree of the level of enterprise resource allocation interacts with the optimization and harmony of various resources,especially the harmonious allocation of key enterprise resources.Furthermore,a model for measuring the orchestration of enterprise resource allocation is constructed,measuring the degree of enterprise resource allocation while providing the enterprise with the direction and strategy for optimizing resource allocation.更多还原
