【摘要】 随着乡村旅游的快速发展,民宿在我国大陆呈现出爆发式增长,成为乡村旅游开发的热点,但因缺乏科学完整的理论体系与规划方法的指导,民宿盲目开发、无序发展与恶性竞争的现象日益突出,成为制约民宿业健康发展的重要因素.如何全面挖掘乡村特色资源、推进民宿之间的统筹协调与协作发展,成为规划人员和民宿运营者认真思考的问题.文章分析了我国当前民宿业发展存在的主要问题,引入民宿群的概念,基于区域的视角提出民宿群规划的策略,并以宿迁中心城市近郊乡村地区为例进行实践探索.更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of rural tourism, B & B has shown explosive growth in mainland China, which has become a hot spot in rural tourism development. Due to the lack of scientific and complete theoretical system and planning methods, blind development of residential and dormitory, disorderly development and vicious competition have become increasingly prominent, which has become an important factor restricting the healthy development of B&B. How to comprehensively tap the characteristic resources of villages and promote the overall coordination and cooperation development between the houses and lodges has become a serious consideration for planners and operators. The main problems existing in the current development of China’s B&B are analyzed. The concept of B&B cluster is introduced and the strategy of B&B cluster planning based on regional perspective is proposed. The suburb of Suqian is taken to conduct practical exploration as an example.更多还原
