【摘要】 目的构建急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)护理质量评价指标体系,为科学评价ACS护理质量提供参考标准。方法以Donabedian"结构—过程—结果"三维质量模型为理论框架,结合文献分析、半结构式访谈,拟订ACS护理质量评价指标体系初稿,采用德尔菲专家函询法确定ACS护理质量评价指标体系,同时结合层次分析法确定各层级指标的权重。结果 2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.822和0.838。专家函询的肯德尔协调系数为0.318～0.343(P<0.001)。最终形成的ACS护理质量评价指标体系内容包括3项一级指标,12项二级指标和29项三级指标。结论本研究构建的ACS护理质量评价指标体系较为全面,为临床评价ACS护理质量提供参考标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct evaluation index system of nursing quality for acute coronary syndrome(ACS),in order to provide the references for evaluating nursing quality for ACS scientifically. Methods On the basis of the theoretical framework of Donabedian’s three-dimensional quality model of "structure-process-result",we combined with the literature analysis,semi-structured interviews to form the draft of nursing quality evaluation index system for ACS. Delphi method was adopted to determine nursing quality evaluation index system for ACS,and analytic hierarchy process were adopted to determine weight of each index. Results The effective response rates in the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%,and the authoritative coefficients were 0.822 and 0.838. The Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.318 to 0.343(P<0.001).The evaluation index system was constructed and included 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 29 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system of nursing quality for ACS are comprehensive,which can provide the references for clinical evaluation of nursing quality for ACS.更多还原
